I accept insurance for individual counseling sessions. If you prefer, you may also choose to pay out of pocket. The fee for individual sessions is $175 for 45 minutes or $195 for 55 minutes.

Couples sessions are $225 for 50 minutes.

Please note that insurance cannot be used for couples sessions.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation for all new clients before scheduling. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to counseling and discuss how I can support you moving forward.

I currently accept most plans from UnitedHealthcare and Cigna for individual counseling. I’m also in the process of becoming an in-network provider with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, AmeriHealth, and Aetna. I encourage you to check with your insurance company to confirm my network status under your plan.
